Job summary

Tech Junction Ltd in Dubai seeks an experienced Test Manager specialized in Intellect Cash Management to lead enterprise-scale banking testing programs. You will own end-to-end testing strategy, governance, automation initiatives for cash management and transaction banking platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 12 years of Quality Assurance and Software Testing experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Test Manager within banking transformation projects.
• Strong hands-on experience with Intellect Banking Products.
• Mandatory experience with Intellect Cash Management System (CMS).
• Deep understanding of Corporate Banking and Transaction Banking operations.
• Expertise in Cash Management and Liquidity Management solutions.
• Strong knowledge of Payments and Collections systems.
• Experience working with SWIFT messaging standards.
• Knowledge of ISO 20022 payment messaging frameworks.
• Hands-on experience in API Testing methodologies and tools.
• Strong knowledge of Test Automation frameworks and implementation strategies.
• Experience leading large-scale banking testing programs.
• Strong governance, risk management, and quality assurance skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Proven experience managing cross-functional testing teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute enterprise-wide testing strategies for Intellect Cash Management implementations.
• Lead end-to-end testing programs across transaction banking and corporate banking projects.
• Manage SIT, UAT, regression, integration, performance, and production validation activities.
• Establish testing governance frameworks, quality standards, and reporting mechanisms.
• Drive test automation initiatives and continuous testing practices.
• Coordinate testing activities across business, technology, vendor, and project teams.
• Manage testing schedules, risks, dependencies, and defect resolution processes.
• Validate business processes related to cash management, liquidity management, payments, and collections.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulatory, operational, and quality requirements.
• Support API testing and integration validation activities.
• Validate SWIFT and ISO 20022 messaging implementations.
• Prepare executive-level quality reports and testing dashboards.
• Lead defect triage meetings and stakeholder review sessions.
• Oversee test planning, test execution, and go-live readiness assessments.
• Mentor QA teams and establish testing best practices across programs.
