Dicetek LLC in Abu Dhabi seeks an experienced Banking Quality Engineering Lead to steer testing strategy, automation and governance for a large core banking transformation. You will drive risk-based testing for BIAN-aligned APIs, integration services and business domains, coordinating SIT and UAT and ensuring traceability across requirements and tests.

Qualifications

8-12 years of banking quality engineering experience.
Experience leading testing for large core banking transformation.
Strong API automation and contract testing expertise.
Knowledge of service virtualization and test data management.
Experience coordinating SIT and UAT.

Responsabilités

Define and govern quality engineering strategy for the core banking transformation.
Lead API and domain testing for BIAN-aligned services.
Design and implement API automation and contract testing frameworks.
Coordinate System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Oversee test environments, data management and service virtualization.
Explore AI-assisted testing opportunities with human oversight.
