Job summary

ESOL Global in the United Arab Emirates seeks an experienced Test Environment Manager / Environment Lead with 5+ years in UAT, SIT, and Pre-Production within the banking sector. Lead governance, monitoring, and releases across web/mobile apps, Finacle, and middleware on Microsoft tech stacks.

You will coordinate with infrastructure teams and vendors, ensure environment stability, and drive testing excellence in a fast‑paced regional technology environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technical discipline.
• 5+ years in Test Environment Management, Release Management, or IT Infrastructure leadership.
• Proven experience within the Banking domain handling UAT, SIT, and Pre-Production environments.
• Deep exposure to core banking apps (Finacle, Prime 4).
• Solid knowledge of web/mobile architectures, middleware, and Microsoft tech stacks.
• Proficiency in environment monitoring, deployment automation, and release coordination.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and vendor negotiation skills.
• Current UAE presence and work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end test environment governance, configuration control, and scheduling across testing stages.
• Provide dedicated UAT, SIT, and Pre-Production environment support.
• Implement environment monitoring tools, health checks, and executive dashboards.
• Coordinate infrastructure provisioning, database allocation, and network connectivity with IT operations.
• Manage code deployments, branch sync, build releases, and release workflows.
• Support application architecture across web/mobile apps, core banking, and middleware.
• Coordinate with external vendors and internal development teams.
• Maintain thorough environment documentation, baselines, and incident logs.
