Responsibilities

• Test Planning and Preparation - Develop comprehensive test plans, test cases and test scripts for retail banking applications.
• Design testing activities to achieve maximum practical coverage of application functionality.
• Prepare manual and automated test cases aligned with business requirements and software quality objectives.
• Manual and Automated Testing - Execute manual and automated test cases to evaluate application functionality and reliability.
• Identify software defects, functional issues and unexpected application behaviour.
• Coordinate with development teams to reproduce and investigate defects.
• Support UAT with business analysts and stakeholders to ensure requirements are met.
• Contribute to testing process improvement and adoption of best practices.
