Job summary

FIS, a leading fintech, is seeking a Solution Consultant - Banking and Payments in Abu Dhabi to drive market positioning and solution selling across the Middle East, Africa and India. You will combine banking/payments knowledge with sales acumen to shape opportunities and package FIS capabilities for financial institutions, fintechs and processors.

You will work with Sales Leaders and cross-functional teams to deliver demonstrations, develop go-to-market messaging, and contribute to pipeline

Qualifications

10+ years of banking and/or payments industry experience.
10+ years in presales and/or solution definition/validation role.
Experience selling or solutioning banking and payments capabilities (digital/core banking, lending, payments processing, card issuing/acquiring, etc.).
Strong understanding of the banking and payments industry, market trends and competitive landscape.
Established relationships across banks, financial institutions, fintechs, processors and partners.

Responsibilities

Support sales activities including attending meetings, qualifying deals, training sellers, and presenting trends to executives.
Collaborate with product teams to evolve market requirements and roadmaps.
Translate client requirements into FIS banking and payments solutions and services.
Coordinate with solution engineering and pre-sales for RFIs/RFPs and demonstrations.
Help define addressable markets and support GTM activities and pipeline generation.
