First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB) is seeking an experienced Trade Finance Supervisor to oversee end-to-end processing and authorization of LC and related documents for UAE operations. The role emphasizes compliance with internal controls and risk reduction while delivering high-quality service to clients.

You will lead a team, drive process improvements, monitor performance, and coordinate with international units to meet shifting timelines and regulatory requirements.

Formación

• Graduates in Commerce or Financial Services; CDCS preferred.
• 8–10 years in Trade Finance with at least 3 years supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of ICC publications and banking compliance rules.
• Strong customer service and relationship skills.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and authorize Trade Finance transactions per approval matrix.
• Monitor adherence to SOPs and regulatory guidelines.
• Provide training and feedback to the team.
• Maintain high client service standards and minimize processing errors.
• Collaborate with Intl ops for US timing and other country requirements.
