Job summary

Al Rostamani Group, via Central Trading Company, seeks a senior B2B sales leader to drive strategic accounts across industrial, fleet, energy, and government sectors in the UAE. You will shape go-to-market strategies, coach KAMs and sales engineers, and leadTender submissions and long-term SLAs.

You will implement robust account plans, conduct quarterly reviews with strategic clients, and collaborate with marketing and technical teams to deliver solution-based sales and cross-sell opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field; MBA is an advantage.
• 10–15 years in B2B sales with fleet, oil & gas, industrial, and government exposure.
• Experience in contract negotiation, key account planning, and solution selling.
• Prior leadership role managing teams in technical sales or account management.

Responsibilities

• Lead B2B sales operations across industrial, fleet, energy, factory, and government sectors in the UAE.
• Develop go-to-market strategies and pricing frameworks for institutional clients.
• Coach and manage Key Account Managers and Sales Engineers across segments.
• Lead tender submissions, government contract renewals, and long-term SLAs.
• Implement account plans and conduct quarterly reviews with strategic clients.
• Collaborate with marketing and technical teams for solution-based sales.
• Drive cross-sell opportunities across product categories (lubricants, batteries, filters, parts).
• Monitor competitor actions and deliver customer value-added service differentiation.
