Job summary

Pearl Digital is seeking an experienced B2B Lead Generator in Dubai to create qualified sales opportunities for website development, ecommerce, mobile apps, CRM, AI automation and digital marketing services.

The role focuses on outbound prospecting to identify decision-makers, initiate conversations and consistently book qualified meetings for the Business Development team in a performance-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of proven B2B lead-generation or appointment-setting experience.
• Experience generating leads for digital marketing, websites, CRM, SaaS, IT or technology services.
• Strong cold outreach, follow-up and objection-handling capability.
• Experience using CRM and prospecting tools such as HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Instantly, Snov.io or similar.
• Fluent English; Arabic is highly advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Research and target relevant UAE and GCC businesses.
• Generate opportunities through cold email, LinkedIn, calls, WhatsApp and prospecting tools.
• Contact founders, directors, marketing leaders and operations decision-makers.
• Qualify prospects using budget, authority, need and timeline.
• Book sales-ready discovery meetings for the Business Development team.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, outreach activity and pipeline reporting.
