Combuzz in Dubai invites a Telecalling Executive to generate qualified business leads for our Digital Marketing, Business Automation, and Exhibition verticals in the UAE market. The role emphasizes high-volume outbound calling, understanding client needs, and effectively pitching our solutions.

You will generate and qualify leads, schedule meetings for the sales team, and maintain accurate records of calls, leads and follow-ups to ensure smooth workflow.

Qualifications

1+ year of telecalling, lead generation, inside sales, or business development experience.
Excellent English communication and convincing abilities.
Able to handle high outbound call volumes.
Target-driven and proactive approach.
Knowledge of the Dubai/UAE market is beneficial.

Responsibilities

Make the required number of outbound calls on a daily basis to prospective businesses.
Understand customer requirements and effectively pitch our products and services.
Generate and qualify leads and schedule meetings for the Business Development/Sales team.
Promote our Digital Marketing solutions, Business Automation products, and Exhibition services.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions.
Consistently achieve daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
Follow up with prospects and nurture potential business opportunities.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth conversion of qualified leads.
