Job summary

The Greater Change in Dubai is seeking an experienced Business Development professional to drive growth in exhibitions and events across the UAE and GCC. You will own the full sales cycle, secure new clients, and build long-term relationships with corporate clients, marketing teams, and agencies.

You will collaborate with internal design and production teams to deliver commercially successful exhibition projects, maintain CRM records, and consistently hit monthly and quarterly targets.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of B2B BD or Sales experience.
• Experience within Exhibition Design & Build, Events, or Experiential Marketing is highly preferred.
• Fluent English; Arabic is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities across exhibitions, trade shows, and brand events.
• Build relationships with corporate clients, marketing teams, procurement departments, agencies,and event organisers.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting through contract award.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and sales forecasts.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Represent the company at networking events and industry exhibitions.
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends.
• Ensure opportunities are properly qualified before committing internal resources.
