The Foreman will coordinate daily activities, allocate jobs, monitor technician performance and ensure repairs are completed efficiently and to standards. The position is on-site in Dubai with a focus on productivity, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Diploma, technical qualification or degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• 5-7 years of relevant automotive workshop experience in a similar or equivalent role.
• Strong practical knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance operations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily workshop activities to maintain efficient operations and productivity.
• Allocate repair jobs to technicians according to workshop requirements and schedules.
• Monitor progress to ensure timely completion and review completed work for quality.
• Coordinate workshop workflows and use of technical resources.
• Maintain safety procedures and support timely vehicle delivery.
• Provide technical guidance to technicians and ensure adherence to warranty processes.
