Job summary

Al-Futtaim is seeking a Workshop Foreman to lead daily automotive workshop operations in the UAE. You will supervise and mentor technicians, manage job allocation, and ensure repairs meet quality and schedule targets.

The ideal candidate has a strong workshop background, leadership skills, and excellent communication to coordinate across teams. You will drive productivity, maintain safety standards, and uphold customer-focused service, delivering timely vehicle repairs with high workmanship

Qualifications

• Diploma, technical qualification, or degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Must have strong automotive workshop experience and leadership abilities.
• Ability to supervise, train, and coach technicians while maintaining quality and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily workshop activities to maintain productivity and efficiency.
• Allocate, control, and follow up on workshop jobs according to schedule.
• Monitor repairs quality and minimise repeat jobs.
• Support timely vehicle completion and delivery.
• Maintain a safe workshop environment and enforce safety procedures.
• Train and coach technicians to improve capabilities and performance.
• Ensure effective communication across the workshop for smooth operations.
• Follow workshop processes, warranty requirements, and procedures.
• Monitor productivity and address operational concerns as needed.
• Support a customer-focused culture with high workmanship and service quality.
