Job summary

Al Rostamani Group in Ras Al Khaimah seeks a skilled Service Advisor to manage a small branch of the automotive service center. You will coordinate with Workshop, Parts and Delivery teams to ensure service is delivered per dealer policies and targets are met.

This role requires a Diploma in automobile/mechanical engineering, at least 5 years in a service advisory role, knowledge of DMS software, and strong English communication. UAE driving license and analytical thinking are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma in automobile/mechanical engineering.
• Minimum 5 years hands-on experience as service advisor in a reputed automotive dealership.
• Strong client handling and up-selling abilities.
• Proficiency with MS Word/Excel.
• Valid UAE driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Promote service contracts and other services to achieve targets.
• Handle petty cash, monthly bills and deposits with Accounts.
• Ensure workshop tools and equipment are maintained for efficiency.
• Oversee work in progress and ensure timely closure for revenue reflection.
• Receive, inspect and deliver vehicles per customer requirements.
• Explain service details to customers to justify costs.
• Follow Work Instructions for quick turnaround times.
• Notify customers about delays, warranty coverage, or delivery issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and SOPs.
• Resolve customer complaints promptly to maintain satisfaction.
• Handle accident repairs per procedures and obtain approvals.
• Submit management reports timely.
