Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline.
• 7+ years of application packaging, endpoint engineering, or Modern Workplace experience.
• Strong hands-on packaging expertise with MSI/MSIX, Win32 packaging, PowerShell, installation logic, and troubleshooting.
• Experience packaging and deploying applications through Microsoft Intune and/or SCCM/MECM.
• Strong understanding of Windows operating systems, registry, file systems, services, permissions, and installation technologies.
• Strong scripting and automation capabilities using PowerShell.
• Experience supporting enterprise-scale deployments and endpoint environments.
• Strong documentation, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and technical coordination capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the packaging, repackaging, configuration, testing, and maintenance of enterprise applications.
• Develop and maintain packages using MSI, MSIX, App-V, PowerShell, Win32 packaging tools.
• Package applications for deployment through Microsoft Intune or SCCM/MECM.
• Perform discovery, assess requirements, dependencies, prerequisites, and compatibility.
• Develop installation, uninstall, detection, remediation, and rollback logic.
• Troubleshoot packaging, installation, deployment, and compatibility issues.
