Qualifications

Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/Customer Engagement technical implementations, rollouts, and support
Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 modules: Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Marketing, and Dataverse
Experience developing plugins, custom workflow activities, custom actions/APIs, PCF controls, and deployment pipelines

Responsibilities

Lead technical design, development, and implementation of Dynamics 365 CRM solutions
Design and implement integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and Azure Services
Develop and extend Power Platform components and Dataverse security
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the CRM team
Ensure security, governance, and lifecycle management across environments
