Job summary

DXC Technology is seeking a Modern Workplace Solutioning Lead to engage confidently with CIOs, CTOs, CHROs, and other senior executives to understand workplace transformation challenges, shape business-led managed services solutions, and support strategic pursuits.

This role requires broad understanding of the Modern Workplace portfolio, strong consulting and solutioning capabilities, and the ability to translate technology into measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in Modern Workplace consulting, solutioning, presales, managed services or IT outsourcing.
• Strong experience engaging with CIOs, CTOs, CHROs and other senior stakeholders.
• Proven ability to create and shape opportunities and influence client strategy.
• Broad understanding of the end-to-end Modern Workplace ecosystem.
• Experience developing RFP/RFI responses, proposals, solution designs and commercial propositions.
• Excellent executive communication, storytelling, and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage with C-suite executives and senior client stakeholders to understand workplace strategy and transformation objectives.
• Lead Modern Workplace solutioning and consulting engagements, translating business challenges into outcome-driven managed services solutions.
• Develop end-to-end Modern Workplace strategies covering technology, service delivery, operating models, transformation, governance, commercials, and continuous improvement.
• Shape Transition and Transformation strategies covering service transition, migration, adoption, change management, and continuous improvement.
• Mentor solution architects and team members on consultative solutioning, executive engagement, and outcome-based propositions.
