Cognizant in Abu Dhabi invites an AI Value Architect to own the end-to-end AI value journey for a business area, partnering with executives and engineers to translate needs into a prioritized AI backlog. You will lead a standing squad of Forward Deployed AI Engineers, shaping architecture and delivering measurable business impact while staying hands-on in code.

This build-first leadership role requires strong business acumen, fluent English, and a track record of owning end-to-end AI outcomes

Qualifications

Technical product leader who pairs business understanding with hands-on agentic-AI engineering and owns outcomes end to end.
Fluent English; comfortable in an international team.
Single-threaded ownership: from discovery to production with measurable impact.
Experience leading and growing a technical team and setting architecture direction.

Responsibilities

Own the AI value journey for a business area, from discovery through production to measurable impact.
Translate business needs into AI outcomes and manage a prioritized backlog with the Business Product Owner.
Lead a standing squad of Forward Deployed AI Engineers and define the technical direction while ensuring quality, security and cost.
Stay hands-on: code alongside the team and shape the agentic AI stack (LLM orchestration, tool calling, RAG).
Build trust with business leadership and demonstrate AI-driven value across the vertical.
