Job summary

Cognite in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex Industrial AI implementation projects across multidimensional teams. You will guide end-to-end delivery from kickoff to value realisation, ensuring scope, schedule and budgets align with customer outcomes and profitability.

You will collaborate with architects, data scientists, and product teams while maintaining strong stakeholder engagement and governance. Travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical discipline.
• 5+ years delivering complex software, SaaS, cloud, or enterprise technology implementation projects.
• Experience managing enterprise or industrial digital transformation programmes involving multiple stakeholders and technical workstreams.
• Technical fluency with APIs, integrations, cloud platforms, data architecture, and enterprise systems.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen, including forecasting, revenue recognition, margin management, and project profitability.
• Experience within one or more industrial sectors, including Energy, Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, Chemicals, Utilities, Power & Renewables, or Life Sciences.
• Experience with Agile delivery methodologies and frameworks such as Scrum, PMP, or PRINCE2.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience using Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or Smartsheet.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex Industrial AI implementation projects from kickoff through deployment and value realisation.
• Own project scope, schedule, budget, quality, customer outcomes, and profitability.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects, Software Engineers, Data Scientists, Product teams, and Customer Success.
• Translate customer objectives into measurable success metrics and facilitate Value Realisation workshops.
• Manage project financials including forecasting, revenue recognition, profitability, cost management and reporting.
• Build trusted relationships with customer stakeholders and lead steering committees with clear communication.
• Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and scope changes with governance and transparency.
• Support customer adoption through change management, enablement, and training; identify opportunities to expand value.
• Contribute to improvement of delivery practices using Cognite PMO methodologies and playbooks.
