Job summary

Discovered MENA seeks a Senior Manager and AI Solution Architect in Abu Dhabi to lead the design and deployment of enterprise AI systems. You will bridge AI Lab experimentation with production-grade delivery, guiding a team and shaping the bank's automated customer-experience strategies.

You will drive Agentic Workflow Automation, RAG, and large-scale automation across 100+ real-world use cases, while ensuring governance and stakeholder alignment with Azure as a core capability.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional experience delivering ABA in Banking/Fintech/Enterprise environments.
• Experience architecting and scaling enterprise AI solutions (RAG, chatbots, agentic systems).
• Strong ability to translate AI value to executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Architect and deploy customer-facing AI systems, focusing on Agentic Workflow Automation and RAG.

As the Senior Manager and AI Solution Architect, you will hold one of the most influential technical positions within one of Abu Dhabi’s leading financial institutions. Working within the AI Innovation Hubyou will bridge the gap between visionary "AI Lab" experimentation and enterprise-grade deployment. You’ll be hands on and leading a team to revolutionise customer experience through agentic workflows, RAG, and large-scale automation across 100+ real-world use cases.

What you’ll be doing:

• Architecting the Future: Lead the design and deployment of customer-facing AI systems, specifically focusing on Agentic Workflow Automation and Enterprise RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation).
• Hands-on Leadership: You aren't just drawing boxes on a whiteboard. You will manage a high-performing team, building POCs and scaling them into production-ready solutions.
• Infrastructure Excellence: Build the frameworks and toolsets that our AI engineers use to thrive.
• Influence & Governance: Navigate architecture approvals and represent your technical vision to senior stakeholders, ensuring our AI capabilities are both cutting-edge and compliant.
• The AI Lab: Constantly scout and test "the next big thing" in tech to see how it can be weaponised for the bank’s competitive advantage.

What we’re looking for:

An Architect who has evolved. You likely started in traditional Enterprise Architecture but have spent the last 3–4 years deep in the trenches of AI implementation.

• Azure Power User: You are exceptionally strong in Azure (this is a must). If you know your way around AWS, that’s a fantastic bonus.
• AI Specialist: You have a proven track record of building and scaling AI applications (RAG, Chatbots, Agentic systems).
• The "Agile" Architect: You move fast. You can build architecture frameworks quickly without getting bogged down in "analysis paralysis."
• The Communicator: You are confident, persuasive, and able to translate complex AI logic into business value for executive-level stakeholders.
• Experienced: You have at least 7 years of professional experience, specifically delivering products within complex, high-stakes environments (Banking/Fintech/Enterprise).
