Job summary

Max Accelerate is seeking a Senior AI & Solutions Engineer to push the boundaries of AI CRM technology. You will work hands-on with AI, LLMs, and Salesforce integrations to build production-ready demos and solutions for leading organisations.

You will sit at the center of our AI Product, Business Development, and Services teams, turning customer challenges into tangible architectures and prototypes. You will own end-to-end delivery from concept to compelling demonstrations and production-ready

Qualifications

• Experience building AI-powered solutions for enterprise CRM or related platforms.
• Strong hands-on engineering skills across frontend and backend stacks.
• Proven ability to translate customer challenges into production-grade demos and solutions.
• Deep familiarity with Salesforce integrations and LLM-based workflows.

Responsibilities

• Build AI solutions and industry-specific demonstrations using Salesforce and proprietary CRM.
• Collaborate with Business Development and Services to translate customer needs into tangible architectures.
• Develop AI-native CRM capabilities and intelligent automation features.
• Engage directly with customers to present demos and gather requirements.
