Job summary

DataRobot is looking for a Pre-Sales Senior AI Solutions Engineer to help enterprise customers understand and adopt agentic AI and ML platforms. You will translate business needs into platform capabilities, build MVPs, and deliver impactful demos that accelerate time-to-value.

The role requires strong solution design, client-facing skills, and travel up to 25%. You will partner with sales to map problems to production-ready prototypes, ensuring security, governance, and scalable architecture

Qualifications

• 6-8+ years of experience in sales engineering, applied AI, or technical consulting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Oil & Gas industry experience is a strong plus.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% for customer meetings and workshops.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into agentic AI platform capabilities for enterprise customers.
• Design end-to-end MVPs including multi-agent orchestration and memory management.
• Deliver engaging, value-driven demos and support sales teams throughout the cycle.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and enablement to refine offerings based on customer feedback.
