Job summary

Salt is partnering with a leading organisation in Abu Dhabi to appoint a Head of AI Adoption. This senior role will lead enterprise adoption of approved AI tools and AI-enabled ways of working, driving measurable business value beyond training or awareness.

You will develop the adoption strategy, design role-based plans, translate AI capabilities into practical use cases, and set KPIs while working with executives and functional leaders to achieve sustained behavioral change.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of enterprise adoption or digital transformation experience.
• Proven leadership of large-scale adoption or behavioural-change programmes.
• Strong understanding of generative AI and enterprise AI assistants.
• Hands-on familiarity with platforms such as ChatGPT Enterprise, Copilot or Claude.
• Translate technology into clear, practical business use cases.
• Strong analytical skills using adoption and usage data.
• Excellent stakeholder-management and communication skills.
• Comfortable working with senior executives.
• Experience leading AI adoption across large workforces in regulated environments is advantageous.
• Arabic language capability is useful but not essential.

• Ensure employees understand how to use approved AI tools responsibly.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the enterprise AI adoption strategy and roadmap
• Create role-based adoption plans for leaders managers and employees
• Translate AI capabilities into practical repeatable workplace use cases
• Establish clear adoption targets KPIs and reporting
• Use data and employee feedback to identify barriers and improve adoption
• Build and manage an internal network of AI champions
• Coordinate training communications demonstrations and engagement programmes
• Partner with Product Engineering Data Security and Transformation teams
• Measure the impact of AI on productivity service delivery and ways of working
• Ensure employees understand how to use approved AI tools responsibly

About You

• 8+ years of experience in enterprise adoption, digital transformation, change, product adoption or a related field.
• Proven experience leading a large-scale adoption or behavioural-change programme.
• Strong understanding of generative AI and enterprise AI assistants.
• Hands-on familiarity with platforms such as ChatGPT Enterprise, Microsoft Copilot, Claude or similar.
• Able to translate technology into clear, practical business use cases.
• Strong analytical skills, including experience using adoption and usage data.
• Excellent stakeholder-management, communication and facilitation skills.
• Comfortable working directly with senior executives.
• Experience leading AI adoption across a large workforce, particularly within a government, regulated or complex enterprise environment, would be highly advantageous.
• Arabic language capability is useful but not essential.
