Job summary

Delphi Consulting is seeking a client-focused AI Adoption and Change Management Consultant to lead and support the people, process, and organizational dimensions of AI-enabled transformation programs across UAE public-sector and enterprise clients. You will drive adoption of Microsoft Copilot and related AI, with emphasis on change strategies, learning programs, and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in business/related discipline.
• 4–6 years of relevant experience in organizational change management, technology adoption, digital transformation, learning and development, or consulting.
• Prosci Change Management certification mandatory; knowledge of ADKAR model.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot, digital workplace programs, and enterprise tech deployments.
• Strong Arabic and English communication, facilitation, and training delivery skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support AI adoption, change management, training, and stakeholder engagement for UAE public-sector and enterprise clients.
• Develop adoption roadmaps, learning journeys, and champion programs to sustain usage.
• Collaborate with project teams to align deployment with business adoption and measure outcomes.
