Job summary

Trans Skills, headquartered in Dubai, provides HRIS and global employment services and acts as a global EOR for 140+ countries. We seek an experienced Change Management professional with expertise in digital transformation, AI adoption, and Microsoft 365 technologies to lead strategic initiatives in the UAE.

The role requires 8–15 years of relevant experience, fluency in Arabic and English, and the ability to operate in the UAE market. UAE government/public sector exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• 8-15 years of experience across Change Management, Digital Transformation, Technology Adoption, Learning & Development, or Consulting.
• Fluent Arabic and English (Mandatory).
• Candidate should be based in the UAE or able to relocate/work in the UAE.
• Prosci certification is preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Teams, SharePoint, Power Platform, or Viva is a plus.
