Job summary

Affle 3i Limited is seeking a senior commercial leader to build and scale Ultra and Newton's agency business across the region. This role will own strategic agency relationships, lead revenue growth, and drive the commercial strategy for two high-growth performance marketing businesses.

You will work closely with Product, Client Success, Operations and leadership to align commercial priorities with business delivery and market expansion.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of senior commercial or agency sales experience in AdTech or digital advertising.
• Strong relationships with major media agencies and agency holding groups.
• Proven track record of revenue growth in regional or international markets.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Own the commercial strategy and agency revenue growth for Ultra and Newton in the region.
• Build and strengthen strategic relationships with senior leaders across major agency groups.
• Drive large and complex commercial opportunities from prospecting through closure.
• Set the direction for agency growth, revenue planning, pipeline development, and forecasting.
• Identify new markets, partnerships, and growth opportunities.
