Job summary

Affle is seeking an experienced agency sales professional in the UAE to drive revenue growth for Ultra and Newton across leading media agencies. The role centers on building strong agency partnerships, opening new revenue opportunities, and expanding adoption of performance marketing solutions.

You will own the sales pipeline, forecast, and delivery against revenue targets while collaborating with internal teams to create solutions that meet advertiser objectives.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in Agency Sales, AdTech, Mobile Advertising, Performance Marketing, or Digital Media.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow agency-led revenue across key media agency groups and independent agencies.
• Build relationships with senior agency stakeholders, performance teams, and key decision-makers.
• Drive new business acquisition and expand existing agency partnerships.
• Own the sales pipeline, forecasting, and delivery against revenue targets.
• Identify new opportunities across advertisers and agency portfolios.
• Collaborate with internal teams to craft competitive solutions for agency partners.
