Affle is seeking a senior commercial leader in Dubai to build and scale Ultra and Newton’s agency business across the region. You will own strategic agency relationships, drive revenue growth, and shape the commercial strategy for two high-growth performance marketing businesses.

You will lead negotiations, expand key agency partnerships, and collaborate with product and operations to align priorities and deliver measurable growth.

Qualifikationen

• 10–15 years of experience in senior commercial or agency sales roles within AdTech.
• Strong relationships across major agency groups and media networks.
• Proven track record of building and scaling revenue in regional or international markets.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
