As part of their continued growth strategy, they are seeking an experienced Commercial Director to lead the overall commercial agenda, drive sustainable revenue growth, and strengthen market leadership.

The Commercial Director will be responsible for developing and executing the commercial strategy across sales, key accounts, distributors, and strategic customer relationships. This is a pivotal role requiring a blend of strategic vision, commercial acumen, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish clear performance metrics and drive a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Represent the business externally with customers, industry bodies, and key stakeholders.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in a senior commercial leadership role such as Commercial Director, Sales Director, Business Director, or General Manager within FMCG, consumer goods, manufacturing, food & beverage, building materials, or a related sector.
• Demonstrated success delivering significant revenue growth and commercial transformation.
• Strong experience managing key accounts, distributors, and multi-channel sales environments.
• Excellent understanding of commercial strategy, pricing, profitability, and P&L management.
• Experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
• Strong negotiation, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to translate plans into measurable business outcomes.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related discipline. MBA advantageous.
