Zusammenfassung

Affle 3i Limited, a global technology company, seeks a Director - Commercial Sales for Ultra and Newton in Dubai to lead agency partnerships and revenue growth across the region. You will own strategic agency relationships, set the commercial strategy, and collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Client Success, and Operations to align delivery with growth.

The role requires 10–15 years in senior commercial or agency sales within AdTech, strong negotiation and leadership, and a track record

Qualifikationen

10–15 years of experience in senior commercial or agency sales within AdTech, Digital Advertising, or Media.
Proven ability to build and scale revenue across regional or international markets.
Strong senior-level relationships across major media agencies and agency holding groups.
Demonstrated leadership, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in mobile advertising or performance marketing is preferred.

Aufgaben

Own the commercial strategy and agency revenue growth for Ultra and Newton in the region.
Build and strengthen strategic relationships with senior leaders across major agency groups.
Drive large and complex commercial opportunities from prospecting through closure.
Set the direction for agency growth, revenue planning, pipeline development, and forecasting.
Identify new markets, partnerships, and growth opportunities.
