Job summary

Fisher Human Resource Consultancy in Dubai seeks an experienced Senior Sales Engineer – Aftermarket to drive aftermarket sales across the UAE, focusing on spare parts, refurbishment, upgrades, shutdown services, and maintenance contracts for cooling tower systems.

The role blends strong technical knowledge with commercial skills to identify opportunities, build client relationships, and deliver sustainable growth through proposals, site assessments, and service contracts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in technical or aftermarket sales.
• Experience in mechanical equipment, cooling systems, HVAC, or industrial utilities.
• Strong knowledge of spare parts sales, maintenance services, and retrofit projects.
• Proven client relationship and business development skills.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and expand aftermarket sales opportunities across UAE projects and facilities.
• Generate enquiries through client visits, site assessments, and market development activities.
• Promote aftermarket solutions including spare parts, retrofits, upgrades, and service contracts.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals in coordination with internal teams.
• Conduct site inspections to identify service and replacement opportunities.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and facility operators.
• Negotiate commercial terms and support contract finalization.
• Maintain sales pipeline, forecasts, and CRM records.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and business growth objectives.
