Job summary

SEGULA Technologies is seeking an experienced International Sales & Business Development Manager with a strong background in Automatic Fare Collection (AFC) and ticketing systems to support growth across the GCC and North Africa.

The candidate will combine in-depth fare collection knowledge with proven commercial expertise in sales, business development, strategic account management and customer engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in complex technical and commercial environments.
• Strong experience in AFC and ticketing systems.
• Proven international sales, business development, and strategic account management experience in rail/public transport.
• Experience with GCC public transport authorities, operators and technology partners.
• Proven track record of winning contracts and managing complex bids.
• Strong understanding of the GCC transport ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop opportunities in AFC, ABT, digital payments, and revenue collection.
• Expand opportunities across metro, bus, tram, parking, and tolling projects.
• Develop a strong sales pipeline from prospecting to contract award.
• Establish strategic relationships with transport authorities, operators, system integrators and partners.
• Drive order intake, revenue growth, and commercial performance.
• Identify MaaS, contactless payments, and digital ticketing opportunities.
• Manage long-term relationships with customers and develop strategic account plans.
• Coordinate with technical and project delivery teams to align solutions with customer needs.
• Lead tendering processes and collaborate with bid management, engineering, finance, legal, procurement.
• Monitor market trends and represent the organization at industry events.
