This Senior Advisor - Safety, Health and Environment role supports a major infrastructure program in Dubai, guiding project teams toward exemplary SHE performance. The position ensures full compliance with UAE regulations, RTA requirements, and international standards while embedding a strong culture of safety, sustainability, and environmental responsibility across all site activities.

Key Responsibilities

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Science, Safety Engineering, or related field; Master's preferred.
• Minimum 12 years of SHE experience within the infrastructure sector.
• Proven record of developing and implementing SHE systems, policies, and risk management frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of local and international SHE standards and UAE regulatory practices.
• Experience improving safety performance and environmental sustainability within major projects.
• Expertise in safety management systems, risk assessment, and environmental impact methodologies.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder influence, and presentation abilities.
• Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple workstreams.
• Relevant certifications such as CSP, CIH, or NEBOSH.
• Familiarity with UAE cultural and regulatory context is highly desirable.
• RTA approval mandatory.
