This role requires a minimum of 10 years of experience, NEBOSH or equivalent, and strong leadership to develop strategies and mentor staff in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

Key Responsibilities

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor 's degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science or a related discipline.


• NEBOSH Diploma or an equivalent certification where required.


• Minimum 10 years of relevant safety, health and environmental experience.


• Demonstrated supervision and leadership experience.


• Previous involvement in roads and infrastructure projects.


• Proven ability to develop and manage effective safety and health programs.


• Detailed knowledge of UAE and international regulatory obligations.


• Familiarity with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards.


• Strong risk assessment, analytical and problem-solving abilities.


• Experience conducting inspections, reporting findings and monitoring corrective actions.
