Job summary

Emirates Flight Catering (EKFC) is seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to streamline daily operations across departments, ensuring smooth workflow and strong inter-departmental communication.

You will track procurement and installation schedules for production machinery, liaise with Procurement, Engineering, Finance, Safety, and Food Safety & Hygiene teams, and maintain confidential records with secure handling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification required.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily administrative and operational activities across departments.
• Coordinate procurement and installation schedules for production machinery and project equipment.
• Maintain confidential personnel and departmental records with secure handling and reporting progress.
