Job summary

Emirates Flight Catering is seeking a detail-oriented planner to coordinate production schedules and ensure HACCP compliance. You will collaborate with Food Safety, Quality, Hygiene, and NPD teams to support trials and successful product launches.

The role involves maintaining ERP records, generating management reports, and updating the Master Production Schedule to align with demand. A high school diploma is required with hospitality/admin exposure preferred.

Qualifications

Education: a high school diploma or equivalent; additional admin or hospitality training preferred.
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, with strong time management and accountability.
Experience coordinating production planning, QA/HACCP, and ERP data in a busy kitchen/production environment.

Responsibilities

Coordinate production schedules across departments to meet KPIs.
Support trials, new product launches, and NPD activities.
Maintain HACCP records and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
Manage ERP data, generate reports, and assist with system upgrades.
Update master production schedules, plan meals, and monitor demand trends.
Assist with labels, specifications, and cost forecasting in collaboration with finance.
