You will oversee policy implementation, collaborate with multiple departments, monitor quality, and develop dashboards. The role emphasizes process standardization, risk management, and data-driven insights in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field, holding a CPA certificate.
• Experience in a financial shared service center or BPO operations with understanding of SSC systems.
• Familiarity with operational models of diversified enterprises and substantial accounting experience.
• Excellent project management experience coordinating resources from various teams.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills capable of cross-department coordination and problem-solving.
• Quick learning ability, strong multi-tasking and proficient written/verbal summarization skills.
• Integrity, optimism, proactiveness, responsibility, and ability to work under pressure.
• Good professional ethics and ability to maintain strict confidentiality of company secrets and financial information.

Responsibilities

• Organize development and enhancement of the group's accounting policies, systems, and procedures, ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and standards.
• Oversee implementation of accounting policies, analyze and resolve issues to ensure accuracy and compliance of accounting information.
• Collaborate with other departments to communicate and implement accounting policies across the company.
• Understand accounting processes of BGs, establish quality monitoring, and conduct daily monitoring for the accounting shared service center.
• Consolidate operation data, develop metrics, and create data visualizations/dashboards.
• Promote process standardization, productization, and streamline accounting tools (policy library, SOPs, process lists).
• Act as Project Manager to drive process improvement, risk management, or UX enhancements within the center.
• Undertake other tasks assigned by the head of the center.
