Qualifications

• 7 years of progressive accounting experience with at least 3 years in a senior or leadership role.
• CPA, ACCA, CMA or equivalent professional certification required.
• Strong command of FRS standards, financial controls and regulatory compliance frameworks.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (Netsuite, Zoho, Dynamics or similar) and advanced MS Excel skills.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present complex financial data to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead minor and manage a hybrid accounting team fostering collaboration across in-office and remote staff.
• Prepare and present accurate monthly quarterly and annual financial statements to Management & nit Heads.
• Ensure full compliance with local tax regulations and internal audit requirements
• Develop and maintain internal controls policies and procedures to safeguard company assets
• Partner with CFO and department heads on budgeting forecasting and strategic financial planning
• Leverage digital tools and ERP systems to streamline accounting workflows and reporting efficiency

Requirements
