Job summary

Confidential Company in Dubai seeks a senior financial professional to lead accounting, reporting, payroll, and HR operations. You will oversee GL/AR/AP, prepare mandatory financial statements, and ensure VAT, tax, and WPS compliance while coordinating audits.

You will support budgets, cash flow, and management reporting, driving cost control and process improvements across multiple sites in the UAE.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance/commerce or related discipline.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and UAE taxation.
Working knowledge of UAE Labour Law, payroll, WPS, and HR practices.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day accounting operations: GL, AP, AR, bank reconciliations.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow).
Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing and statutory reporting deadlines.
Maintain fixed asset registers and depreciation schedules; reconcile intercompany accounts.
Coordinate external audits and preparation of audited financial statements.
Prepare VAT calculations, UAE corporate tax computations, and tax records.
Oversee payroll processing and compliance with UAE Labour Law and WPS.
Support budgeting, forecasts, and cash flow projections; provide management dashboards.
