Job summary

Charles & Darwish Associates is seeking qualified accounting professionals with CA Intermediate/ACCA/CMA/CPA qualifications and 3–5 years’ UAE firm experience. The role focuses on IFRS/ISA-compliant financial reporting, reconciliations, and client coordination.

Applicants should be proficient in ERP platforms (QuickBooks, Tally, Zoho) and ready to handle COA restructuring, data reviews, and monthly close processes with strong analytical skills.

Qualifications

• CA Interim/Final or equivalent professional qualifications (ACCA/CMA/CPA).
• 3–5 years of UAE based accounting firm experience mandatory.
• Familiar with IFRS and ISA standards.

Responsibilities

• Set up chart of accounts in QuickBooks, Tally and Zoho and other ERP systems.
• Review data entry for sales, purchases, petty cash, receipts and payments.
• Perform bank and credit card reconciliations and allocate payments.
• Prepare monthly income statement, balance sheet and cash flow statements per IFRS/ISA.
• Present monthly accounts with ratios and cost-benefit analysis.
• Restructure COA as required by the Audit Manager; GL reconciliation.
• Conduct financial & compliance reviews of all accounts.
• Allocate work to team and coordinate completion; travel to client sites if needed.
