Applicants should be proficient in ERP platforms (QuickBooks, Tally, Zoho) and ready to handle COA restructuring, data reviews, and monthly close processes with strong analytical skills.

Qualifications

• CA Interim/Final or equivalent professional qualifications (ACCA/CMA/CPA).
• 3–5 years of UAE based accounting firm experience mandatory.
• Familiar with IFRS and ISA standards.

Responsibilities

• Set up chart of accounts in QuickBooks, Tally and Zoho and other ERP systems.
• Review data entry for sales, purchases, petty cash, receipts and payments.
• Perform bank and credit card reconciliations and allocate payments.
• Prepare monthly income statement, balance sheet and cash flow statements per IFRS/ISA.
• Present monthly accounts with ratios and cost-benefit analysis.
• Restructure COA as required by the Audit Manager; GL reconciliation.
• Conduct financial & compliance reviews of all accounts.
• Allocate work to team and coordinate completion; travel to client sites if needed.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Chart of Accounts Set up in different software Quick books, Tally, Zoho and other ERP soft wares.
• Responsible for the reviews of data entry includes Sales, Purchases, Petty cash, Receipts & payments
• Bank Reconciliation and Credit Card Reconciliation
• Allocation of payments & receipts to match invoices
• Preparation of monthly income statement and balance sheet and Cash flow statement as per IFRS and ISA
• Monthly presentation of accounts with the help of Ratios and Cost benefit analysis.
• Restructuring of Chart of Accounts as per the requirements from Audit Manager.
• GL reconciliation.
• Financial & Compliance review of all accounts.
• Responsible for work allocation to team and coordinating with them in completing the work
• Client visits, if required by the clients
