Magnet HR Tech Digital seeks an experienced Senior Accountant to lead corporate accounting across three profit centers in the UAE. You will oversee day‑to‑day finance operations and coordinate with branch accounts using Tally and Zoho Books/Zoho Finance Suite.

With 10–15 years of GCC accounting experience, you will manage a central finance team and multi‑location profit centers, ensuring timely financial reporting and strict VAT/GCC tax compliance. A strong leadership track record is essential.

Responsabilités

• Oversee 3 branches’ financial operations and consolidation.
• Lead a finance team of 5–6 members.
• Manage day-to-day corporate accounting: GL, AP/AR, payroll, cash flow.
• Maintain and audit financial records using Tally and Zoho.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual statements with VAT compliance and GCC tax considerations.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and provide strategic financial analysis.

We are seeking an experienced, dynamic Senior Accountant to lead our corporate accounting, team management, and financial operations across multiple profit centers. The ideal candidate will possess deep GCC financial experience, advanced proficiency in Tally and Zoho systems, and the leadership capacity to manage both a central finance team and independent branch accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Multi-Branch Operations: Oversee, consolidate, and manage the financial and accounting operations for 3 independent branches / profit centers.
• Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and effectively manage a finance team of 5 to 6 members.
• Financial Management: Direct day-to-day corporate accounting functions, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and cash flow optimization.
• Systems Utilization: Maintain, audit, and streamline financial records using Tally and Zoho Books / Zoho Finance Suite.
• Reporting & Compliance: Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, and ensure strict compliance with UAE VAT regulations and GCC corporate tax laws.
• Audit & Analysis: Coordinate internal and external audits, perform variance analysis, and provide strategic financial insights to executive management.

Candidate Requirements

• Education: Postgraduate degree (PG) in Commerce (M.Com), MBA in Finance, or higher professional accounting qualifications.
• Experience: 10 to 15 years of robust corporate accounting and financial management experience, including mandatory GCC experience.
• Age Profile: Strictly under 40 years of age.
• Software Expertise: Deep, hands‑on proficiency in Tally and Zoho systems.
• Leadership Capabilities: Proven track record of managing multi‑location profit centers and leading mid‑sized accounting teams.
