Job summary

Elite Bespoke Solutions LLC in Dubai seeks an experienced Senior Accountant to manage accounting records, financial reporting, VAT and corporate tax compliance, reconciliations, and day-to-day financial activities for multiple client accounts.

The successful candidate will work independently, ensure accuracy, coordinate with external auditors, and support payroll and management reporting in a fast-paced consultancy environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field
• 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience in the UAE
• Strong knowledge of UAE VAT and Corporate Tax
• Experience with bookkeeping, reconciliations, financial reporting and audit prep
• Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks) and Excel

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate books of accounts and general ledgers
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Perform bank, supplier, customer and intercompany reconciliations
• Prepare and submit UAE VAT returns
• Assist with UAE Corporate Tax registration, calculations and return preparation
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, banks and clients
• Prepare invoices, payment schedules, expense reports and management reports
• Monitor cash flow and outstanding balances
• Assist with payroll processing and employee-related accounting entries
• Ensure compliance with UAE accounting, VAT and Corporate Tax requirements
• Review junior accountants' work
• Handle multiple client accounts and meet reporting deadlines

Elite Bespoke Solutions LLC is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to manage accounting records financial reporting VAT and Corporate Tax compliance reconciliations and day-to-day financial activities The successful candidate should have strong knowledge of UAE accounting practices and tax regulations with the ability to manage multiple company and client accounts accurately and independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate books of accounts and general ledgers
• Prepare monthly quarterly and annual financial statements
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Perform bank supplier customer and intercompany reconciliations
• Prepare and submit UAE VAT returns
• Assist with UAE Corporate Tax registration calculations and return preparation
• Maintain supporting documents and audit-ready accounting records
• Coordinate with external auditors tax consultants banks and clients
• Prepare invoices payment schedules expense reports and management reports
• Monitor cash flow receivables payables and outstanding balances
• Assist with payroll processing and employee-related accounting entries
• Ensure compliance with UAE accounting VAT and Corporate Tax requirements

• Perform other finance and accounting duties assigned by management

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience in the UAE
• Strong knowledge of UAE VAT and Corporate Tax
• Practical experience with bookkeeping, reconciliations, financial reporting, and audit preparation
• Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or similar platforms
• Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to work independently and handle confidential financial information
• Experience in an accounting, consultancy, corporate-services, or multi-client environment is preferred
• Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CA, CMA, or CPA will be an advantage
