Job summary

EPIC Piping is seeking a Senior Accountant to join our team in Abu Dhabi. You will manage daily accounting activities, financial reporting, and budgeting, while ensuring compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies.

Key responsibilities include supervising junior staff, processing VAT submissions, EOSB, VAT, and month-end close, and maintaining strong vendor relations. A strong background in accounting software and WPS is essential.

Qualifications

• Graduate or Masters in Accounts.
• 5+ Years' Experience in field or related area.
• Strong Knowledge in UAE Labour Law.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing day to day accounting activities including financial reporting, accounts payable and receivable, and budgeting and financial analysis.
• Review all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment.
• Process 3 way P.O. matching invoices, up to 100 plus line items.
• Process check requests.
• Respond to all vendor inquiries.
• Reconcile vendor statements, research and correct discrepancies.
• Assist in month end closing and reportingMaintain files and documentation, in accordance with Company policy and accepted accounting practices.
