• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and contractors.
• Conduct regular account review meetings and identify growth opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Produce account performance reports and maintain accurate CRM records.
• Attend client meetings and business reviews as required.
• Identify and develop opportunities within existing and prospective client accounts; gather market intelligence; support bid and tender activities.
