Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in the required technical/functional field.
  • Minimum 5 years in a managerial role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or related field.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring alignment with business objectives and organizational requirements.
  • Manage departmental and project budgets, financial planning, cost control, forecasting, and resource optimization to maximize profitability and ROI.
  • Drive operational excellence through process improvement initiatives, quality assurance, performance monitoring, and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor operational performance, prepare management reports, analyze business data, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure effective utilization of CRM and other business systems to support operational efficiency and account management.
  • Develop and execute account growth strategies through client relationship management, cross-selling, and upselling initiatives.
  • Lead business development activities by identifying market opportunities, conducting feasibility studies and market research, and developing growth strategies.
  • Identify, pursue, negotiate, and secure new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and commercial agreements.
  • Oversee tendering, bidding, contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and proposal development while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Review project estimates, commercial proposals, vendor quotations, and client requirements to support informed business decisions.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, government entities, suppliers, subcontractors, and strategic partners.
  • Manage supplier sourcing, selection, negotiations, purchasing activities, and supplier performance to ensure quality, cost efficiency, and timely delivery.
  • Foster collaboration across departments and maintain effective communication with stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
  • Lead, coach, develop, and evaluate team performance through performance management, training, delegation, and continuous development initiatives.
  • Escalate critical operational issues, recommend corrective actions, and support executive decision-making through timely reporting.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by management
