Job summary

CNS is seeking an experienced Account Manager in Dubai to nurture strategic relationships with top clients and drive revenue growth in IT services. You will craft account plans, manage the sales pipeline, and collaborate with pre-sales to deliver tailored IT solutions.

Strong negotiation and CRM proficiency are essential for success. The role emphasizes expanding CNS's footprint in the UAE, managing complex deals, and maintaining accurate client data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• 5+ years in account management, client relations, or sales.
• Solid understanding of IT services, solutions, and outsourcing models.
• Proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Experience with RFP/RFI processes and enterprise procurement.

Preferred Qualifications
