Job summary

Delivery Hero is seeking a Senior Key Account Manager to oversee our strategic 3PL partnerships, acting as a trusted advisor and performance driver. You will work between the 3PL Manager and the broader Account Management team to ensure operational excellence, partner satisfaction, and long-term strategic alignment.

Responsibilities include growing high-value 3PL relationships, driving growth opportunities, and coordinating across Operations, Finance, Legal and Data teams to remove roadblocks

Qualifications

• 4 years in managing key business relationships.
• Experience managing B2B partnerships or gig economy platforms is a plus.
• Ability to manage complex external relationships and influence internal stakeholders.
• Execution Excellence: track record of driving outcomes across operations, compliance or partner performance.
• Negotiation & Communication: confident communicator in partner-facing commercial discussions.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business/Logistics or related field preferred.
• Proactive & Strategic Thinker: anticipate challenges and connect tactical execution to long-term strategy.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow relationships with high-value 3PL partners. Act as the primary contact driving alignment with talabats goals through structured performance management and proactive engagement.
• Business Planning & Growth Enablement: Identify and execute on opportunities to scale partner capabilities and unlock mutual growth.
• Performance & Compliance Oversight: Analyze data to track 3PL performance across key KPIs and implement corrective actions.
• Negotiation & Commercial Engagement: Participate in renewal discussions and fee reviews. Align terms with performance and market realities.
• Cross-Functional Execution: Collaborate with Operations, Finance, Legal and Data teams to resolve roadblocks.
• Market & Partner Intelligence: Monitor market dynamics to inform account strategies and leadership discussions.
• Internal Advocacy: Represent 3PL partner needs within talabat and balance compliance and efficiency.
