Job summary

LEAMS Education is seeking a full-time SENDCO – Inclusion Leadership professional in Dubai to lead inclusive education efforts. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing SEND provisions, developing IEPs, and collaborating with teachers and specialists.

This role offers a competitive salary of 14,000 – 22,000 AED per month and the opportunity to foster an inclusive school culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of teaching experience focused on students with special educational needs.
• Experience in a SENCO or inclusion role is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of special educational needs and disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead identification of students with special educational needs.
• Coordinate assessments for learning difficulties.
• Develop, review, and update Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).
