The SEN Teacher will ensure that inclusion commitments are reflected in classroom planning, assessment, intervention, and student participation across different phases of the school. Each learner will receive support based on documented abilities, challenges, and developmental priorities. The role combines direct teaching with case management and staff guidance. Accurate assessment, individualized planning, progress evidence, and consistent communication will be essential for improving each student 's learning experience.
Applicants must hold a Bachelor 's or Master 's degree in Special Education or a Bachelor 's or Master 's degree in Psychology. Relevant teaching experience supporting students with special educational needs is required. Previous experience in an inclusive school setting will be preferred. Candidates should be confident developing Individual Education Plans, adapting curriculum expectations, evaluating progress, and collaborating with multidisciplinary school teams. Applicants must already be present in the United Arab Emirates and available to join immediately. Candidates holding an own, spouse-sponsored, or dependent UAE visa will receive preference.
