Job summary

SO/ Ras Al Khaimah is seeking an experienced security leader to supervise the hotel's security team and ensure top-tier safety across the property. You will oversee surveillance systems, access control, and incident reporting, while coordinating with other departments and leading emergency drills.

The role requires 3–5 years in security with supervisory experience, preferably in hospitality, strong leadership, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; further qualifications in security management are a plus.
• 3–5 years of security experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory role, preferably in hospitality or luxury.
• Demonstrated leadership, crisis management and security systems knowledge.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead the security team, ensuring trained personnel and adherence to procedures.
• Oversee daily security operations: surveillance, access control, and alarm systems.
• Respond to incidents, investigate, document, and prepare reports.
• Monitor CCTV and conduct regular patrols to detect risks.
• Maintain guest and staff safety and provide assistance when needed.
• Lead emergency response during evacuations and drills.
• Provide on-the-job training and guidance to security personnel.
• Maintain incident logs and prepare management reports.
• Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and front desk to secure areas.
• Ensure security systems function properly and report malfunctions.
• Ensure compliance with local laws, policies, and best practices.
